POSITION INFO:

Employment: Full-time, On-site

A well-established concrete manufacturing company with a staff complement of 70 employees is seeking an experienced Financial Director to join its management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Full financial function, including monthly management accounts and year-end audit preparation
Payroll management
Cashflow forecasting and management
Budget preparation, monitoring and reporting
Oversight of creditors, debtors, and general ledger functions
Supervising finance staff and ensuring strong financial controls
Financial compliance
Statutory submissions
Working on Pastel Evolution

Requirements:

Financial degree & articles
5-8 years proven experience in the above role
Proven experience in the manufacturing sector (essential)
Strong knowledge of Pastel Evolution and MS Excel
Solid leadership and supervisory ability
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
Fully office-based role in Strand
