JOB SUMMARY:
A JSE listed company is in search of a Financial Executive with operational experience to join their team. The incumbent must be a CA(SA) with 8 years plus experience with a strong operational background. This position will oversee the full operational and finance function in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

My client is a stalwart in branded food services, operating in 3 continents as a JSE listed concern. They are in search of a Financial Executive with a flair for operations and comfortable with people-management. The Financial Executive will be responsible for providing strategic insights, operational leadership and will be involved in high-level stakeholder engagements.

As Financial Executive you will be responsible for:

Providing strategic insight and knowledge to shape the financial direction of the business
Preparation of information on the financial direction of the business
Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning
Direct and coordinate the corporate-level budgeting, financial analysis and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
Advising on meeting targets and creating investment capital
Use financial modelling to predict outcomes
Assist with Investor of Vendor Due Diligence preparation
Structuring financial deals
Liaising with all parties involved in financial transactions
Assisting with negotiations
Providing Operational Leadership

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) with 8 years or more experience
Operational and strategic experience
People-management experience
