POSITION INFO:
This leading manufacturer is dedicated to excellence in producing high-quality products. Their success is driven by operational efficiency, innovative production techniques, and a commitment to financial rigor and strategic cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize manufacturing performance.
Oversee all financial operations, reporting, cash flow management, and working capital.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS, and all statutory requirements.
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

8-10+ years' experience
3 years in a Financial Manager role within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP and Syspro)
Strong leadership skills and strategic commercial acumen with a focus on driving operational profitability
