SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Financial Manager to join a leading and fast-growing retail and e-commerce brand based in City Bowl, Cape Town. This role is ideal for a dynamic and driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the finance function, lead a dedicated team, and drive operational excellence within a stock-intensive business environment.

POSITION INFO:
Qualification Requirements:

BCom Degree
SAIPA or SAICA articles

Experience Requirements:

3–5 years post-articles experience in a full financial management function role
Exposure to Retail, FMCG, or other stock-intensive environments will be highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full accounting and financial reporting functions
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team
Drive month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Implement and maintain strong financial controls and systems
Provide strategic insights and support to senior management

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail under pressure
Hands-on, proactive approach to challenges
Effective leadership and team collaboration skills
