SUMMARY:
Lead the numbers behind some of the most exciting creative work in the country. This role is perfect for a commercially savvy finance leader ready to elevate performance, guide strategy, and tighten the financial foundations of a growing agency.

POSITION INFO:
Our client is a high-growth marketing and advertising business delivering large-scale activations, digital campaigns and brand experiences. With rapid expansion comes the need for a strong Financial Manager to oversee the finance function, optimise processes, and partner with leadership on all commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Full financial management of group entities
Managing month-end, reporting cycles and annual budgeting
Forecasting, cashflow management & scenario modelling
Overseeing AP/AR, payroll and compliance
Implementing stronger controls, policies and systems
Preparing management packs with insights & commentary
Leading audits and liaising with external partners
Managing and mentoring the finance team
Supporting commercial strategy across projects and clients

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom + CIMA advantageous
5–8 years finance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity
Experience in marketing/advertising agencies highly advantageous
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Commercially minded with strategic insight
Excellent Excel & reporting capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
