Financial Manager - Industrial/Production Environment

POSITION INFO:
Are you a Finance Manager with a strong personality and a hands-on approach? A well-established industrial / production business in JHB CBD is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee stock, manage the finance function, and drive operational excellence.

Company and Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the finance function in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will be responsible for stock management, financial reporting, and team oversight. The role offers exposure to the full finance function, leadership responsibility, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock and financial reporting
Oversee the finance function and team
Provide strategic financial input to support decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
BCom, articles beneficial
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in finance / accounting, preferably in industrial or production environments
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Non-negotiables:
Strong personality and hands-on approach
Ability to manage stock and finance processes effectively
