Financial Manager – FMCG / Beverage Manufacturing Industry | Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
You’ll form part of a commercially driven finance team responsible for overseeing the full finance function and supporting operational decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for a Financial Manager who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys partnering closely with operations, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full finance function, including reporting and financial controls
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements
Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes
Manage audit preparation and Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Support operational teams with cost management and profitability analysis

Job Experience & Skills Required :
Strong financial management and commercial finance experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to operate in a fast-paced FMCG environment
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and commercial acumen
BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
CIMA qualification (essential)
5+ years’ experience within a Financial Management role
FMCG, beverage manufacturing, food & beverage, or manufacturing industry experience advantageous
