A rapidly growing and forward-thinking business is looking for a Financial Manager to join their high-performing finance team. Known for their innovative approach, dynamic culture, and strong focus on growth, this company offers the opportunity to work alongside ambitious professionals in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance while managing and mentoring a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full finance function and reporting processes
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Lead and support a small finance team
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Partner with leadership on commercial decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification essential
Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification commercial experience
Industry experience within Financial Services, Fintech, or Telco advantageous
Management experience with at least 2–3 direct reports required
