Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor project profitability and provide financial insights to support decision-making
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, tax, and statutory requirements
• Partner with operational teams to drive efficiencies and business performance

• BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
• CIMA qualification essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
• Exposure to retail, manufacturing, construction or shopfitting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting systems proficiency
