POSITION INFO:
Join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business delivering large-scale industrial projects across Southern Africa. Reporting to executive leadership, you'll take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with operations to improve profitability, strengthen controls and drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full finance function Prepare monthly management accounts and board reporting Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Analyse project profitability and commercial performance Oversee tax, audit and statutory compliance Improve financial controls and business processes Lead and develop the finance team Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting CIMA qualification essential 5+ years in a Financial Manager role Manufacturing, engineering or project-based industry experience Strong commercial acumen ERP and advanced Excel experience Apply now!
