POSITION INFO:
A well-established mining organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function, drive commercial performance, and provide strategic financial direction across the business. This role partners closely with executive leadership while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall finance function and finance team. Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee statutory reporting, tax, and compliance. Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and financial risk. Partner with operations to improve profitability and performance. Present financial insights to executive leadership. Job Experience and Skills Required CA(SA) qualification is essential. 8+ years' post-articles experience within the mining sector. Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience. Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering. ERP system exposure and advanced Excel skills. Apply now!
