SUMMARY:

Are you a technically strong Finance Manager in Gauteng with solid consolidations experience?

I am currently building my 2026 finance talent pipeline and looking to connect with Finance Managers who have exposure to multi-entity environments and group reporting structures.

POSITION INFO:

This is a talent search, not a specific vacancy.

I’m particularly interested in professionals who are confident in consolidations, comfortable operating in complex group structures and able to partner with executive leadership.

Exposure Sought:

Group consolidations (monthly, quarterly and annual)
Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements
IFRS compliance and technical reporting
Intercompany eliminations and group reporting packs
Budgeting and forecasting within multi-entity environments
Audit liaison and regulatory compliance
ERP systems exposure and reporting automation
Strong stakeholder engagement at senior level

Ideal Profile:

CA(SA) preferred (non-CA candidates with strong group experience also considered)
5+ years’ experience in a Financial Management role
Proven experience in multi-entity or group structures
Strong analytical and technical accounting capability
Advanced Excel and ERP system exposure
Commercially aware with the ability to translate numbers into insights
