POSITION INFO:
Our client, an international mining conglomerate, is seeking a proactive and versatile Financial Office Manager to support their dynamic Head Office team in Johannesburg North.

It may be a small office, but the exposure is global and the impact is significant.

This role places you at the heart of operations, finance and executive coordination. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the Head Office, supporting leadership, assisting the finance team and keeping everything aligned behind the scenes.

Your Impact:

• Provide comprehensive office management and administrative support to the Head Office
• Deliver high-level executive assistance to senior leadership and visiting Board members (travel coordination, meetings, logistics and events)
• Manage boardroom coordination and meeting preparation
• Welcome clients and oversee reception responsibilities as required
• Supervise office facilities, cleaning staff and general workplace operations
• Support the finance team with bookkeeping and financial administration
• Assist with ad hoc finance and operational projects

• BCom in Accounting or Finance (completed or in progress) and seeking corporate finance exposure
• OR a relevant tertiary qualification with 5+ years’ experience in office management or Executive Assistant roles
• Exposure to bookkeeping and finance-related tasks
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Excellent organisational ability with strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• Comfort working in a small, high-accountability Head Office environment
