Exciting opportunity available in Pretoria East for a CA(SA) with Property industry experience to fill the role of Financial Reporting Manager!

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

Our client operates within the Property Development and Investment sector and they are recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full finance function which includes Transactional and Statutory Reporting.

Minimum Education and Years of Experience Required:

Min 1-2 years’ post articles experience with strong Property industry exposure

Duties include but not limited to:

General Ledger
Cashbook
Financial Reporting & Recons
Annual Financial Statements
IFRS Compliance
Controls & Governance
Tax & VAT
Preparation of Management Packs
Audit Liaison

Additional Requirements:

Must have experience working on MDA
Experience working on Caseware beneficial
Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
