Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Promote and sell a comprehensive range of financial products, including risk, retirement, funeral, and investment solutions.

• Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to identify client goals, risks, and opportunities.

• Provide personalised, compliant financial advice and build long-term client relationships.

• Deliver ongoing service, portfolio reviews, and support to grow and retain your client base.

Compliance & Operational Excellence:

• Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirements at all times.

• Use the company’s proprietary tech platform for seamless client onboarding, tracking, and compliance.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry

• NQF Level 5 qualification (advantageous).

• RE5 Certification (advantageous).

• Completed Class of Business (preferred).

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

• Clear criminal record and own reliable transport.
