JOB SUMMARY:
A JSE-listed services conglomerate seeks an experienced Fixed Asset Manager to join their shared services finance team based in Johannesburg North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties Include, But Not Limited to:

Manage the fixed asset department
Oversee and approve all operating procedures for the fixed asset department in line with IFRS and tax legislations
Complete accurate fixed asset transaction processing for the group
Adhoc projects across the fixed asset department
Accurate and complete monthly operational reporting for fixed assets

Education:
BCom in Finance or Accounting
BCom Honors is advantageous
Professional finance qualification will be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:
10 to 12 years' experience in a fixed asset role is essential
Working with a significant fixed asset portfolio is essential
Strong people management and leadership skills
Advanced MS Excel skills (non-negotiable)
Attention to detail
Ability successfully manage several different tasks simultaneously
Financial acumen
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
