Company Description:
My client in the Service industry is looking for a Fixed Asset Manager in the Services industry. They are looking for someone who is an independent worker with great analytical and communication skills. This company is innovative, forward-thinking and prides itself on the high business standards it maintains. If you are looking to be a part of a company that is listed on the JSE and has year-on-year growth, this opportunity is for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the fixed asset department
Present monthly operational reports
Head fixed asset meetings
Monthly reporting packs
Interim and year-end performance reports
Analysis and interpretation of data
Streamlining and improving procedures
Dealing with IFRS
Reconciliations
General ledger accounts

Education and Experience Required:

BCom Finance or similar degree is non-negotiable
10 years experience in transactional finance in fixed asset portfolio is essential
5 years management experience in the finance department is essential
Those with Golden Key, or Cum Laude academic achievements are encouraged to apply
