Company Description:
A conglomerate in the Services sector is searching for a self starter to join their team of professionals as a Fixed Asset Manager. This company is looking for a person who would be responsible for maintaining the overall fixed asset register for the company.

As a JSE listed entity with various divisions, the company is looking for someone who has immense transactional finance experience particularly in the fixed asset portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the fixed asset department
Approve all reconciliations
Engage with all departments within the business
Present monthly operational reports
Head fixed asset meetings
Dealing with general ledger accounts
Monthly reporting packs
Interim and year-end performance reports
Analysis and interpretation of data
Streamline and improve procedures
Dealing with IFRS

Education and Experience Required:

BCom Finance or similar degree is essential
10 years experience in transactional finance in fixed asset portfolio is non-negotiable
5 years management experience in the finance department is mandatory
Those with Golden Key, or Cum Laude academic achievements are encouraged to apply
