JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client is looking for a Fleet Manager with at least 4 years of experience to join their team in January 2023

Salary will be discussed at interview

Duties:

General Fleet Management

Finance applications

Ownership registration process of motor vehicles

Fleet maintenance including the procurement of quotes for repairs and validation of repairs done

Transportation of motor vehices from city to city

Short term motor vehicle insurance with the Company

Generating invoices, Process payments, Reconciliatons and risk management

Oversee the repair and maintenance operation for all vehicles

Coordinate vehicle concerns and issues with management

Coordinate usage of fueling facilities

Develop/run/analyze prodctivity and operational reports

Research and develop specifications for vehcles,equipment, supplies and materials

Plan/develop and executee a vehicle and equipment replacement schedule

Detrmine the need and benefits of out sourcing vehicle repairs or services

Negotiate and establish repair cost or part pricing with commercial vendors

Maintain equipment records in accordance with laws,policy or regulation, invertory state inspection

Review/process purchase requisitions for parts and supplies, review vendor bid responses for tools,equipment, parts and services - monitor expenditures

Prepare annual list for parts and supplies

Fleet Management: 4 years (Required)
