POSITION INFO:
Transform the way our client manages their payroll and HR systems by ensuring seamless system configurations and enhancements that drive operational excellence. An established organization with a focus on innovative solutions within the HR and payroll domain is seeking a dedicated Functional Analyst to join their Gauteng-based team. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact business efficiency through technical expertise and strategic support. Duties: Gather business requirements, analyse, and document functional specifications Identify, recommend, and initiate application enhancement requests Configure system functionality for performance and capacity management Provide training to stakeholders on system utilization Research and evaluate new software functionalities Coach, mentor, and support Trainee Functional Analysts and users Design test cases and perform testing on system changes Requirements: National Diploma in Information Technology or relevant Business qualification (NQF 6) Valid Driver’s Licence At least 5 years of Functional Analyst\/support experience within Oracle modules Understanding of business and system processes Knowledge of relevant Oracle Modules (HRMS, Payroll) Business Analysis skills Proficiency in SQL and Excel Strong analytical skills Familiarity with the following: Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules System configuration and testing methodologies
