SUMMARY:

Our client, a reputable and growing organisation based in Century City, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who has completed their SAIPA or CIMA articles and has gained approximately 2 years of post-article experience within a commercial environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management accounts. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prepare VAT calculations and statutory submissions. Support month-end and year-end reporting processes. Analyse financial performance and provide insights to management. Assist with cash flow management and financial planning. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Liaise with external auditors and assist during audit processes. Contribute to process improvements and finance projects. Minimum Requirements BCom Accounting, Financial Management, or related qualification. Completed SAIPA or CIMA articles . Minimum 2 years post-article accounting experience . Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting principles. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with accounting and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Commercial finance experience. Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Apply now!
