SUMMARY:
A leading automotive dealership is seeking a results-driven General Sales Manager to lead their new and used vehicle sales operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving commercial success, elevating customer experience, and managing a high-performing sales team in a premium brand environment.

POSITION INFO:
Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years in automotive sales management, preferably with a premium/luxury brand
Proven success in achieving volume and profit targets
Strong team leadership and people development experience
Solid understanding of vehicle finance, insurance, and compliance (F&I)
Experience in planning marketing campaigns and new product launches
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Skilled in negotiation, communication, and customer engagement
Competent in dealership systems (e.g., CDK/Keyloop, Salesforce, DealerWeb) and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

Senior Certificate (Matric)
Valid driver’s license
Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or Business Management (advantageous)
