POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: An office manager at an old-age home or retirement village must strike a balance between strong administrative skills and emotional empathy Fully bilingual The role requires overseeing the daily management of the facility's finances, staff, and resident welfare Key requirements and responsibilities include: Experience and Qualifications: Typically, 5 to 10 years of experience in management, administration, or hospitality (specifically within retirement villages or care facilities) is required. A financial background is mandatory, supported by good references and relevant qualifications. Qualifications: A tertiary qualification (such as a degree or diploma in Business Management, Nursing, or Hospitality Studies) is highly advantageous. Background Checks: Clean credit and criminal records are mandatory.
