JOB SUMMARY:
Junior Mining company is looking for a experienced General Manager for their start up Mining operation in Tanzania.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates must have previous experience in managing a start up mining operations from construction phase into production.

Apart from bringing your Technical knowledge to the Mine you will also be required to have extensive experience in the following areas:

Operational Readiness planning
Staffing optimisation and recruitment
Running of the operations
Experience in working in remote areas with a multicultural team of people
Management of Sub contractors on site, both in construction and Operational phases
Start-up Mine experience with sound knowledge of processing plants in an Oversight role

Role will be on a rotation or Stay in country basis with a the rotation being 6 weeks on and two weeks off
