General Manager - Finance

POSITION INFO:


This opportunity offers exposure to strategic decision-making, operational finance, commercial insight, and business transformation within a fast-paced environment.
As the Finance Controller, you will report directly to the CFO and partner closely with the CEO, Board, and operational leadership teams. You will take ownership of financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, and finance operations while contributing toward strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and long-term growth objectives.

Duties:

• Leading the full finance function across multiple entities within the group
• Overseeing annual financial statements, audits, tax compliance, and governance
• Managing monthly reporting, management packs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Driving cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost optimisation initiatives
• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and financial modelling activities
• Managing debtors, creditors, treasury, inventory, payroll oversight, and operational finance processes
• Partnering with operations, sales, merchandising, and finance teams to align strategic targets

• CA(SA)
• 5-7 years post-qualification finance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing finance operations across multiple entities
