JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting opportunity awaits a successful CA(SA) for a contract role with a large Retail / FMCG organisation. If you are available immediately and looking for a great working environment that is challenging and rewarding then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

Support the group reporting function in preparing monthly and annual consolidated financial reports in-line with IFRS
Compile consolidated group results, budgets and forecasts on a monthly and annual basis
Understand and perform inter-group eliminations
Preparation of board and audit committee reports for the respective meetings
Prepare annual financial statements
Assist in managing the year end audit process
Preparation and review of consolidation of operating company results, reporting to board, reporting group results on SENS and in the press at half year and year end

Requirements:

Registered CA(SA)
1-2 years post article experience
SAP (Advantage)
