This leading Insurance Group needs a High Performance CEO to lead the company to it's next level of success from a financial and technological standpoint.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Degree in business or related preferable
Strong Sales background and how to manage teams in the sales environment and Sales Contact Centres
Minimum 5 years in Managing a business or large division within a medium sized corporate
Have worked closely with shareholders and founders of a business
Strong financial acumen and it's key to the success of a business
Solid people growth understanding
Strategic success a must
Highly critical is an in-depth understanding of technology and its application within the success of growing a business
