POSITION INFO:
Your responsibility will include but is not limited to: Financial Reporting: Compile monthly consolidated management accounts, conduct variance analysis, and provide detailed commentary Collaborate with Operational Management to review monthly financial results Deliver weekly Financial-Operational reports Prepare the annual consolidation pack Draft annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards Budget Management: Oversee the annual budget process Maintain updated forecasts Present Capex budgets and project budget reports Tax Compliance: Manage all statutory submissions including VAT, EMP, income tax, provisional tax, etc Cash Flow Management: Develop cash flow forecasts and oversee group cash flows Review payments and authorize electronic fund transfers (EFTs) General Ledger and Sub Ledger Maintenance: Ensure monthly reconciliation of GL accounts, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Inventory Control: Coordinate quarterly stock counts and evaluate outcomes Manage critical stock levels and optimize stock holding Maintain standard cost calculations Internal Control Oversight: Ensure effective design and implementation of internal controls Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide staff training as necessary Skills & Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience At least 5 years of experience managing a team Qualification: Degree SAICA article CA(SA) Contact ANNARI STANDER on , quoting the Ref: CTF018806.
