POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
An excellent opportunity is available for a seasoned Group Management Accountant to take ownership of management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and team leadership within a well-established organisation.

This role offers broad exposure to group-level reporting and strategic finance while leading a finance team and supporting senior management with key commercial decisions. The successful candidate will enjoy a high level of autonomy and influence within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review group management accounts
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform variance analysis and financial performance reviews
Manage and develop finance team members
Support strategic decision-making through financial insights

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

BCom Degree
CIMA (studying/completed) or CA(SA) advantageous

Experience:

Minimum 10 years' finance experience
Team management experience essential
Engineering or related industry experience advantageous

Skills:

Management reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial analysis
Advanced Excel
Leadership and stakeholder management
