Duties:

• Prepare and review group and segment consolidations
• Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful commentary
• Review business unit submissions and resolve reporting queries
• Manage intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Companies Act, and JSE requirements
• Interpret and communicate complex accounting matters
• Support implementation of new accounting standards
• Partner with finance teams, auditors, and senior stakeholders
• Provide insights on risks, trends, and financial performance
• Support audit processes and external reporting deliverables
• Drive enhancements in reporting processes and systems
• Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives
• Support ongoing optimisation of consolidation tools (e.g. HFM)

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours / CTA
• CA(SA)

• Completed SAICA Articles
• 2 – 4 years post-qualification experience
• Experience in group reporting and/or consolidations within a listed or multinational environment
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting

• Strong analytical and technical accounting ability
• Experience with HFM or similar consolidation systems (advantageous)
• Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
