SUMMARY:

A leading organisation, within the travel and hospitality industry, is seeking a technically strong and commercially astute Group Reporting Manager to take ownership of its cluster consolidation function.

POSITION INFO:

This is a high-impact role suited to a finance professional who thrives in a multi-entity environment and enjoys operating at both the strategic and operational levels. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in delivering accurate consolidated reporting, strengthening internal controls and supporting executive decision-making across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the cluster consolidation function
Prepare and review monthly consolidated flash reports and management accounts
Deliver quarterly Audit Committee reports, forecasts and annual budgets
Ensure accurate and timeous reporting to executive and group stakeholders
Oversee the preparation of year-end tax packs and ensure IFRS compliance
Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring clean audit outcomes
Strengthen and maintain internal controls across head office and cluster entities
Manage working capital, including inter-company balances and supplier revenue flows
Oversee VAT and tax submissions for the head office
Identify financial risks and provide early warning insights to the CFO
Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic input

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Honours Degree in Accounting (MBA advantageous)
4–5 years’ experience in a financial management role
1–2 years’ experience in a multi-entity consolidation environment (essential)
Experience within the travel industry advantageous
Strong IFRS and technical reporting knowledge
Proven stakeholder management experience at an executive level
Strong understanding of tax, risk and working capital management
Ability to lead, manage and develop finance team members
Deadline-driven, resilient and detail-oriented
