SUMMARY:
Lead the Engineering department, overseeing technical operations, projects, service delivery, process improvement, resource management, governance, and sales support to ensure effective engineering solutions across the business.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Relevant Engineering degree. National Certificate NQF Level 4 \/ Grade 12. 5-8 years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical and business management knowledge. Expert Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong leadership, problem-solving, organisational, and financial skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Strong attention to detail and risk management capabilities.
