JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Helping line managers execute business unit strategy
Advising management on people’s issues, supported by management and evaluation of key people metrics
Compare business goals and objectives to the current structure of business units and distribution of roles
Contributing to strategy discussions and decision-making at business unit level
Being the expert and conduit on people challenges – especially Talent, Performance and diversity and change management

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric
Completed relevant HR or Business qualification

Experience:

3 – 5 years in HR or Business experience within a corporate environment
Strong all-round knowledge of HR theory and practice.
They should have business (finance services) knowledge to interpret and anticipate trends

Skills & Competencies:

Self sufficient
Creative flair and innovative thinker
Ability to cope in stressful environment
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Business and organizational acumen
A desire to add value and make a difference
