SUMMARY:

Established Manufacturing Group in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town requires an HR Business partner to execute the Company’s HR strategy and provide generalist HR partnerships to Business Managers.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

Degree in (Human Resources, Industrial psychology)

Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in a similar position

Knowledge of Mibco Processes and Main Agreement applications

Must have strong IR Knowledge /Experience

Sound Advanced Excel skills
