JOB SUMMARY:
A listed financial services business seeks an Executive to run HR Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A successful and listed financial services company seeks an experienced HR Executive to oversee day to day HR operations.

The candidate must have the following:

HR Operations experience and the desire to remain in HR Operations is essential
Minimum 2-3 years HR Operations experience at Executive level
Extensive HR Operations experience with exposure to various elements including but limited to recruitment; ER; performance management; L&D; payroll, reward and recognition; change management; project management.
Have worked in a large organisation with a staff compliment throughout SA
HR Team and staff management experience
Exposure to Financial Services and large call centre businesses highly advantageous

A relevant degree and post graduate qualifications are essential.
