HR GENERALIST BRYANSTON SALARY R25 000 TO R30 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements

Full HR Generalist
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Assist in the development of organizational guidelines and procedures
Conduct training needs analysis, skills audit, competency profiling and develop training matrix for departments
Attend to IR matters, including representing the company at the CCMA
Assist Line Managers with the effective implementation of performance agreements, evaluations and assessments within the cycle
Participate in the implementation of employee retention strategy
Facilitate climate survey workshops
Facilitate change management intervention from an Organisational Development approach
Assist in managing of B-BBEE projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to converse in ethnic languages, such as IsiZulu, Sesotho, Xhosa, etc.
Matric is essential
Degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology / Human Resources or related is essential Registration with the SABPP will be advantageous
MS Office and VIP Premier
