SUMMARY:
A large agricultural manufacturer is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to ensure the companyÃ¢Â€Â™s staffing and HR development objectives are achieved at their various sites.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a degree in Human Resources
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources in a generalist role will be required
Good knowledge of local regulation is essential
Must have good communication and relationship-building skills
IT and social media skills for recruitment is advantageous
Must be fluent in English whilst an understanding of other local languages will be beneficial
Must have a valid South African Drivers Licence and be willing to travel between sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising the HR Manager on suitable candidates, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, and maintaining records and information.
Managing relocations and intern programs.
Establishing recruiting requirements by studying the organization’s plans and objectives and meeting with Managers to discuss the needs of the company.
Organizing the Training and HR development program for the company.
Conducting succession planning and ensuring performance management is completed within timelines with the Managers of the company while advising them on the process.
Managing the HR Information system.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
