SUMMARY:
A specialist provider of contact centre, customer experience and enterprise communication solutions, who assist organisations of all sizes by consulting, implementing, maintaining and managing solutions that simplify complexity and create agile, customer-centric organisations is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist.

POSITION INFO:

Tasks and Duties:

Managing and facilitating end to end HR functions, including policies and contracts, recruitment, performance management, employee retention and engagement
Reporting back on all HR activities

Experience:

2-3 year’s working experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Experience in all HR activities
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
