POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a qualified HR/IR Manager with previous experience in a unionised FMCG manufacturing environment

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Human Resource Management. Additional IR training will be a strong recommendation

At least 5 years'''' relevant experience
FMCG or manufacturing sector background in a unionised environment
Sound knowledge of SA labour laws
Advanced MS Office skills
Understanding of Employee Relations, Conflict Management, HR policies, procedures and practices; etc.
Previous experience of Training, Budgets, Performance Management, Recruitment, Mentoring, BBBEE, etc
