We’re Hiring: HR Manager - Gauteng - Healthcare Sector

A leading private hospital is looking for a Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of the HR function and partner with executive leadership to drive organisational excellence and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end HR strategy & operations

• Talent acquisition, retention & performance management

• Employee relations (including CCMA processes)

• Compliance with SA labour legislation & healthcare regulations

• Employment Equity, B-BBEE & statutory reporting

• Culture, engagement & leadership development

Requirements:

• 5+ years HR experience with 3+ years at management level

• Proven exposure within a hospital or healthcare environment

• Strong working knowledge of SAGE 300 & HRIS systems

• Deep understanding of LRA, BCEA, EE & COIDA

• A decisive, solutions-driven leader who can influence at all levels
