HR Officer

SUMMARY:
Our Client a reputable Company who is moving to Century City in April, is looking for you! Do you thrive under pressure? A Labour Law fundi? Enjoy working within a small niche Call Centre? Our Client is looking for an HR Officer to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Knowledge of SA labour legislation, Payroll processing / admin (Sage) as well as 3 – 5 years’ experience, can-do-attitude, flexible in approach, strong work ethics will secure you an interview with us!

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  PERMANENT

SECTOR:                      CALL CENTRE

START DATE:                IMMEDIATE / A.S.A.P

DUTIES BUT NOT LIMITED:

Payroll administration – around 120 employees

Labour relations – disciplinaries and counsellings / warnings

Recruitment - screen CVs and issue relevant correspondence

Draw up new contracts or addendums of new / existing employees

Work with the Training Team relating to employees training

Develop / Manage / Execute the induction process of new employees

Assists in managing the performance reviews of staff members

Communicate and enforce organisational values

Provide administrative support as needed, e.g. file maintenance, record keeping, etc.

Communicate with all respective department heads on role changes, team transfers and or changes etc.

Implement and maintain office administrative procedures and systems

Assists in managing relationship with 3^rd parties such as service providers, landlord, etc.

Ensure all administrative records are kept up to date at all times

Travel arrangements for employees

Assist in event organization

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12

HR Degree / Dipoma

Computer Literate

Call Centre experience an advantage

Payroll processing / admin
