HR Officer

Job Purpose
To provide the full spectrum of on site Human Resources support to the BIL Divisions, which include HR Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations (including CCMA representation).

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications Secondary education: Matric (Grade 12) Tertiary Education: B Degree or N Diploma in HR Experience Years of experience required: At least 5 years HR related experience Specific experience required : Full HR generalist experience to include IR. Competencies Knowledge: HR Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations (including CCMA representation). Specific experience required: Full HR generalist experience and HR Partnering with internal clients. Job grading principles Skills: Strong interview skills Stong Admin skills Computer Literacy: Intermediate - Advanced (MS Office) SAGE 300 People experience essential. Modules - Employee Management, Job Profile Management, Personnel Management, Report writing On-line Recruitment platforms, eg, P-Net, LinkdIn etc Background check systems, eg, MIE, Lexis Nexis etc
