If you’re an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Rep with a passion for climate control systems, I want to hear from you. I'm building a talent pipeline of South Africa’s top HVAC sales specialists for premium opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC sales (commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential)
• Technical understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits or site inspections

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Ability to consult with engineers, architects, and contractors on HVAC system design and specification
• Strong product knowledge—chillers, VRF systems, air handling units, ducted and ductless systems
• Confident presenting energy-efficient or green HVAC solutions to high-level clients
• Skilled in managing long lead-time sales cycles for capital equipment or project-based installs
• CRM system proficiency and ability to manage sales pipelines independently
• An existing network in property development, facilities management, or MEP consultancy (advantageous)
