Head: Analytics

POSITION INFO:

Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with any field with advanced quantitative focus, including but not limited to Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Econometrics, Engineering, etc..

• At least 10+ years of experience in analytical and data driven environments

• At least 5+ years of experience in banking environment, that spanned across multiple areas, including Credit/Lending

• Strong hands-on knowledge of data mining / predictive modelling utilizing tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, Spark etc.

• Sound judgement in addressing commercial challenges

• Strong analytical and data skills

• Demonstrated experience in driving results and co-ordinating activities to solve problems across multi-functional/diverse teams; and leading with high energy and a positive attitude

• Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills

• Curious mind, wanting to learn and improve, and push the boundaries
