JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:

CIA or
CA(SA)

Job Experience:

10 years post qualifying finance experience with JSE listed company
Depp knowledge and understanding of best practice internal financial controls
Must have represented at Exco and Board sub-committe level

Skills Required:

Relationship buidling skills
Negotiation skills
Conflict and mediation
Project Management Skills
Organizational skills

Key Outputs:

• Project Management and implement key strategic projects for the Group related to Internal Financial Controls.
• Embedding Internal Financial Controls policy and procedures into the Group.
• Healthy, professional relationship with all stakeholders.
• Minimise materialisation of finance risks through robust Internal Financial Control management.
• Management of Group Internal Financial Control deliverables as per agreed objectives.
• Management of Group Financial Risk register.
• Manage group financials risks and implement mitigating controls.

• Motivate and lead the Internal Financial Control team.
