Head of Capital Markets

SUMMARY:
A growing, entrepreneurial property company with a proven track record in development and asset management is in search of a corporate finance professional to take on the role of Head of Capital Markets. You will take full ownership of their funding strategy, capital structuring, and liquidity management across the platform. This is a high-impact leadership role offering direct exposure to the founder, and the opportunity to shape the capital strategy of a rapidly growing business.

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Lead the structuring and execution of all debt funding and refinancing transactions
Develop and optimise capital structures at both project and portfolio levels
Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and covenant compliance across SPVs
Establish and manage strong relationships with commercial banks, debt funds, and alternative lenders
Prepare comprehensive, credit‑ready funding and investment packs
Manage competitive funding processes to secure commercially favourable terms
Negotiate pricing, margins, covenants, security packages, and repayment structures
