POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute technology strategy and roadmap - Lead and scale engineering teams and capabilities - Align technology with business growth objectives - Oversee architecture, delivery, and innovation initiatives - Engage with stakeholders at executive and board level Job Experience & Skills Required \/ Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience: - 12-15+ years in software engineering and technology roles - 5-10+ years in senior leadership (Head of Engineering \/ CTO \/ Director) - Experience leading large teams and complex delivery environments - Proven track record in scaling products or platforms Skills: - Strong technical background across modern architectures and cloud platforms - Leadership in Agile, DevOps, and engineering best practices - Ability to drive innovation, strategy, and execution - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Apply now!
