SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially minded Head of Finance to join a leading player in the manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in fast-paced operational businesses and enjoys partnering with leadership teams to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing both strategic and hands-on financial leadership, ensuring strong governance while driving operational excellence across the business.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing: Leading the full finance function and overseeing financial performance across the business Acting as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and operational teams Driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Providing technical accounting expertise and ensuring compliance with all financial reporting standards Identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational optimisation Managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team Supporting business growth initiatives through data-driven financial insights Driving continuous improvement and automation within finance processes What We're Looking For: CA(SA) or Completed CIMA Qualification 10+ years of progressive finance experience Proven experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Automotive industries ( essential ) Strong operational finance and technical accounting expertise Demonstrated experience in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders Track record of driving efficiencies, optimisation, and business performance Strong leadership and team management capabilities Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Johannesburg South Exposure to a dynamic and growing business environment Opportunity to influence strategy and drive meaningful business outcomes Executive-level visibility and leadership responsibility If you're an accomplished finance leader ready to make a significant impact within a high-performance manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
