POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Finance function, ensuring operational excellence and high performance. Oversee financial reporting, consolidations, and financial analysis across multiple business functions. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Review financial results and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information through effective reconciliations and financial controls. Prepare and review annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements. Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial controls, policies, and reporting processes. Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes through technology and automation. Support audit requirements and manage financial risks. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide financial business partnering. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best financial practices.
