A rapidly growing company is looking for an analytical, self-starter with exceptional business accumen to be a part of their finance team as a Head of Finance. POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Financial Reporting including management accounts / audited AFS
Budgeting and forecasting
Preparation and monitoring of monthly cashflows
Communicate any cash constraints to management including finance week
Commission recons and collections within agreed timelines
Turnover/Commission/Profitability tracking
Risk Management (PI, D&O, Cyver, Commercial Crime and General Insurance)
Support company secretary with CIPC changes including submitting annual returns
Supplier management e.g. office automation, telephony, SLAs
Debtor Management and invoicing
Creditor & expense management
Banking profile maintenance & related companies
Tax management and optimisation
Tender pricing and reporting writing
Transactional banking & investments
Procurement management including POs
Payroll and employee onboarding, including ESS, COS calculations
Employee benefit and process standardisation
Travel/expense reimbursements
Business travel management
B-BBEE accreditation and expense management including employment equity tracking
Leave & exit management
Tax and legal management.

Qualifications:

Grade 12(Matric) with distinctions
Completed BCom (Accounting) / CTA
Registration as a CA(SA) is a MUST!

Experience:

Completed Articles within a well-recognised audit firm
5 years post articles experience in a senior financial role is a must
Experience in insurance industry will be an added advantage

Previous management experience is a must
Sage Accounting experience will be advantageous

Psiber payroll experience will be advantageous
